[Resolved] SBI — atm non withdrawal | |||||
Sir on dt. 07 jan 2019 a have a hdfc bank card & swiped at sbi atm for 10, 000/- withdrawl, atm hanged & i neither got money nor any slip or message. After 2-3 minutes i left the atm, after some time i got sms of withdrawal. I rushed to atm again & enquired with guard. He said no money dispensed. Now since 76 days i'm wandering between both the banks & sbi is befooling me saying 1. Transaction was successful. 2. Video clip is not available. Please help what to do.
