SBI — bank service | |||
I sri manas haldar, apply for a atm card on 20th oct, 2017 at my home branch, branch code 8772. Till date i have not gotten the atm card. I have also contact to sbi customer care on 3/11/2017. But they told me issue will closed between 7 days. But today, 09/11/2017, i again contact to customer care but no information came out, and told me to go home branch. I am a service person outside my home branch, it is not possible to go home branch again again. Its means that the bank staff does not care about any types of application. Bank service is very low quality, not give any importance of customer issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
