[Resolved]  SBI — Calls from Collection Agent in regards to a credit card of my friend

I am getting calls from collection agents in regards to a friends overdues and credit card payments. I gave them his no and told them I don’t have anything to do with the bank but the agents wont give up and keep on harrassing me. i have blocked literally a million numbers and they keep on calling me from new numbers. I was not even the reference for his card as we were not related at the time he took the card. I got to know him recently but these agents call me and harrass me daily for the same. I want to sue the bank for its wrong practices and disturbing people who has nothing to do with the loans
