[Resolved] SBI Card — fraud transaction of rs.10000 on my credit card | |||||
Dear sir, A fraud transaction of rs.10000 (Payment made to airtel, mumbai) has taken place on sbi card on[protected]. Without the card no. And otp the transaction of rs.10000 has taken place. I only came to know when the customer care executive informed me. I asked to block the card. The card was blocked. Since, this was a fraud transaction, i was asked to send a dispute form. I submitted the same day. I was told that after the dispute form the said transaction will be reversed. Sbi card doesn't agree to this and is not reversing the said fraudalent transaction of rs.10000. It may be noted that i didn't have any outstanding amounting to rs.10000 with airtel It is therefore requested to help me resolving this issue.
