I have done a transaction on phonepe upi by my sbi account and the transaction got failed, now the phonepe is saying that they are not having my money and the transaction failed due to technical issues from bank side and bank is saying to contact phonepe, now what will i do to get my refund of rs.35500, its not an small amount and also its my fees for my college, pls refund it as fast as possible, i am having the utr number for this transaction also Was this information helpful? | |||||

Amazon refunded the amount of rupees 2713.57 to my account on 07/09/19 with refund reference number 902660 ...its been 10 days now but the amount still not credited to my account...i called sbi helpline so many times but they denied straightforward to entertain my issue..i am attaching the mail of refund reference number...
