SBI Credit Card — billing for failed transaction

I did try to purchase some item with help of sbi credit card. The card status for transaction was failed for all four time when i tried. This was the case in november 2017. But company charges me for one transaction which was failed failed and they show this charges in their statement. I did complaint regarding in above said matter in the month of november but it is now march ending and the dispute is not resolve from company side. I am suffering physically mentally and financial with this kind of behaviour of company towards their customer. Please help me...
