[Resolved] SBI Credit Card — erroneously service charges on my credit card | |||||
Sir/ma’am I am a retired staff member from SBI Group. my PF. ID: 1365614. I am writing you to get in to your attention on my previous months credit card statement period usage July 2018 – Aug 2018. My Credit Card no: [protected] has been charged (by Mistake) of ₹2999/-. As an annual fee. This is the first time I have been charged for using SBI Credit Card. Being an SBI employee I am using Credit card failing from last 15 year. And till date using credit card. I have never been charged for using Credit Card. I Request you to please waive of annual fee charges from my credit card no. [protected]. If you are unable to do so, I would like to discontinue my credit card services from SBI. I request you to please cancelled my credit card no. [protected] & my wife Mrs. Mohana Khatkekar Credit Card No. [protected]. Please look in to the matter & credit the amount of ₹2999/- in my credit card statement able to use above credit card regularly. Early action as to appreciated. Thanking you, Yours faithfully C.H.
