Sbi Creditcard — wrong bill send last 2 month of credit card | |||||
Dear Sir. I have received call on night 16/11/2017 at 10.59 pm form mob no [protected] for refund amount of insurance which was deducted from my account. The fellow asked for credit card no and expiry date to reimburse the deducted insurance amount and I thought that, ask about my registered complaints and this regards the fellow wants the information. I given the information about the credit card no & expiry date. after that i am getting the messages regarding OTP on my mobile no and i not shared the OTP with that fellow even the transaction massage and his was continuously me around 8 to 10 times. I avoid to took the call as I have doubt that, somebody was miss using my account and immediately I called to SBI helpline no [protected] but unable to connect. I switched of our mobile as i was really afraid of such type of things happen with me.I tried to call from my alternate mobile no to SBI helpline continuously 10 to 15 minutes and also I tried to search fraud option to stop the account but did not found any where in kit or helpline and we finally choose the lost /stolen option from SBI credit card account to block the account to stop the miss usages I have pay fraud amount after 3 month when settle claim with CPP but till date SBI Creditcard send to me bill which amount interest of those fraud amount. i many times discuss with customer care but they were not take any action.
