SBI — Debited amount not refunded to bank | |||
Sir/Madam, I, TARAKESWAR BERA would like to inform you that, on 13.10.2020 ( Tuesday) I have paid my electricity bill to CESC through SBI INTERNET BANKING using BILLDESK payment gateway. The billed amount ( total Rs. 2160/=) has been debited from my bank account but the status of payment is showing "PENDING" in the Transaction Summary [Payment ID-SSBI[protected]] . Now neither the debited amount has not yet been refunded to my bank account nor it has been paid to CESC . Please take the necessary steps either to adjust the debited amount to my electricity bill or to refund the debited amount to my bank account immediately.
