SBI-Demat Account — Closing of demat account

I have SBI Demat account No. BOID: [protected] from last four years. But the date of initiation I have not purchased any share through said demat account. But every year SBI DEMATE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE has debit the service charges from my linked SBI Saving account. Sir I have no need of this demate account in future.
Therefore it is requested that kindly look into the matter and try closed by demate account at the earliest
