[Resolved] SBI — false commitment about credit card limit | |||
Sbi executive gave me false comittement for credit card limit twice on call, they told me that I will get minimum 3-5lac as credit limit but actually I got 123000 only, now they are not helping me to increase it & saying to wait 6month which I don't want as I have 2 cards already with good limit. now they sent me cc statement for annual fees but i already informed them to cancel my card & i haven't used card yet also haven't changed Pin for it. Received call from Sbi mentioning that they will provide me new card without any charges.
Pls send me progress on this on my mail ID.
Also send me new card asap.

I haven't used card not even resetted PIN.
Even i tried mentioning i want to start /enable card if you give me call but on that also I received reply that they will close my account asap after paying annual fees.
Can't understand SBI really wants to resolve issue or not, even not trying to get in touch with customer on call & get this fixed asap.
Hope will get proper response from SBI.
