SBI General Insurance — double deduction of pai 4 lacs

Sir, i have saving account no [protected] in sbi rathdhana road lahrara sonipat (08492). On 20/06/17, rs 200/-deducted from my a/c for pai 4 lacs, but on 28/07/17, again 200/- deducted from my a/c for pai 4 lacs. Please do the needful to correct it. 2 times deduct my mediclaim policy amount from my account . No response to my complain . I have complained on october 3 but after one month that is not solved . Now i knew that This is not a good service provider . I request all to don't make any type of policy in this company .
