SBI General Insurance — Long term home insurance issued in wrong name | |||||
Long term home insurance issued in wrong name but payment received from me / debited the cheque issued by me. Now as the policy issued in wrong name please refund me the cost of insurance. Policy no : 4578456 dt 27/06/16. Negotiable instruments can be endorsed but it is a insurance policy. So, it is to be issued afresh. Long Term Home policy no: 4578456 dated 27/06/16 issued to Pulal Kumar Sen instead of Dulal Kumar Sen. Premium was received Rs 18 724/-from Dulal Kumar Sen .Now my demand is to get back the amount as the policy was issued in wrong name or issue the policy in my name as Dulal Kumar Sen .No one from SBI General now attending to my request.
