SBI — I didn't received my refund back

In 17may 19 i have sent 600rupees to my son (Sbi to sbi) due to lack of server it become failed payment through google pay according to google pay in third working day they have refund the amount still it's fourth working day i didn't received my failed payment rupees. So please help me out sir. Sir when i went to google pay help option they promised me to help the issue but i didn't get proper response from them. At last they tell me to upload the bank account statement from 17may to till date but sir in the digital transaction why such things are needed if i go and print the statement of my account why such app is needed. They all know whether my is refund or not so please resolve my issues i have given my failed payment screen shot.
