SBI — K V fee receipt not received

Sir i have made payment of KV fee for the month of January to March 2022 for Rs 1800 on 09/01/2022 by UPI the payment have been deducted from my sbi UPI but bot received by kV and payment receipt have not received by me.so you are requested to refund the amount in my SBI UPI account immediately.
