[Resolved]  SBI Life Insurance — not accepting insurance premium in cash

I made the same problem during the last year, but the authority has paid a deaf year on it.
When i visited your sbi, bazar branch, narasaraopet (Ap) today ie., 22/12/2017 to pay my premium in cash of rs.40000 on policy no. [protected] (Bhargavi suvanam), they have not accepted the cash. I astonished at the situation that the orgnisation is unable to accept the payment of premium when the insured is ready to pay it. I faced the same problem last year and made three complaints against the problem. But even after one year i am facing the same problem. Hence i request you to view the problem seriously and solve it without further delay enabling me to pay the premium within time.

I am a sbi life advisor in Mechada Branch. I have a big problem about this case
Policy issue 20/03/2017 but till now policy bond not get.
