[Resolved] SBI Life Insurance — Double debit of amount, refund pending last 15 days | |
This is to bring to your notice that an amount of ₹27558 is debited twice for rinnraksha insurance taken against loan account no:[protected] from my savings account [protected] on 8th september 2020 A total of ₹55116 amount is debited instead of ₹27558 'by mistake' as said to me first transaction was failed but amount is debited. There is issue with system in which debit amount is not updated which will take another 8-9 days as said to me. It has been so far an unpleasant experience. If i had an option of not buying these policies. I would have not buyed it as it's not mandatory but there is a practice of making it compulsory else your loan amount is not disbursed. It's painful to keep following up with these guys when it's not even your mistake. It's pathetic how they work even when mistake is pointed out to them. It's 15 days now forget getting the job done, still no person can assure that the amount shall be returned to my account. Was this information helpful? | |
