[Resolved] SBI — loan taken on sbi credit card

Hi Team,

I raised the complain on 9th March already via consumer complaints. SBI replied back with a reference number. They did mention to call back to discuss the matter. However, there is no call or mail on the raised concern.

Can you please check with them? Reference # 26648 is assigned by SBI to my raised complaint.

How many references bank is thinking to provide for same issue. I have sent all the details to [protected]@sbicard.com with reference $26648. Now you are giving me new reference number. I will send the details again and then there will be no response for weeks like it happened with #26648.
