SBI — non receipt of working sheet for arrears

Am copy pasting mail i had sent to mr. Muralidhar, cppc, navi mumbai after unsuccessfully trying to get the info from ms monisha biswas or mr. Muralidhar from cppc, navi mumbai. Repeated attempts to resolve the issue through sbi, juhu tara road branch, mr, suyash kumar have yielded no result. “good morning mr. Muralidhar, i am wg. Cdr. Ramesh iaf (Retd).
Holder of sbi savings bank ac no [protected] at sbi juhu tara rd branch.
Arrears in pension credited to my account on 12 nov 18. My branch does not have the working sheet and have not been able to get it for me for nearly three weeks. Wonder if you can help? My service number in the iaf is 11653, regards, ramesh”
