SBI — non refund of rs. 1017.70

on 23.05.2019 i made transaction of Rs. . 1017.70 through net banking to pay Rs. 1000 through SBI gateway to delhi technical university.. The amount was debited instantly but amount did not go to delhi technical university. For completing. Payment. Then payment was made by other means. So this amount should be refunded back to my account. Hence it is requested to refund my 1017.70 immediately. The payment debited in my account vide ref no inb/[protected]/state bank collect payments/billdes on 23.05.2018. The amonut has been debited from my account vide PRN QUTI[protected]
