SBI Online Banking — One face transaction deducted from my credit card

Hi team,

I have received the message as below on my cell

" SR[protected]: Dear customer, Dispute of INR 309.00/- on your credit card XX0003 has been declined by the merchant."

i have done only two transaction of amount Rs.310 while there is no any transaction of Rs. 309 which you have deducted

that you have denied to give return my deducted money from your end, while you have deducted the same from me.

look in to this urgently.

Dear Sir,

Please help me as, i facing issue with Paytm and ICICI Bank.
I have pay my BSES electric bill via paytym my few transaction failed due to delay OTP deliverd on my mobile in feburary month 2017.
and one become successful but my icici cradit card company deducted my my two time for failed transaction also and after so many followup nobudy intertain my complain Paytm and ICICI Bank.
