My name is shivam giri and i had order mobile phone (Miy3) of rs 8029 in amazon on 30/09/2019 and after 3/10/2019 i cancel this order due to personal reason and on 3/10/2019 amazon initiated amount to my card but i still didn't get the money amazon send this reference number (# 0rzv1aaw0000k0p2p1xy) and told me to fill charge dispute form but indian bank does not have such policy so please kindly respond to this complaints it is very urgent, my account no is [protected]
