Sbi Roorkee — Withdrawal of rs 8.418from saving ac [protected]

I had a loan ac with sbi civil lines roorkee (A, c no [protected]) mc - sbi top up.

Withdrawl of money from my a. C [protected] on 19/01/2016 using cheque no 140868 to sbi -546700. (Narration)

Withdrawal 8.418 rs with out any information says debit adjustment sbi gen insurance. This is cheating with customer, even no bank employ tell me about such type of insurance at the time of loan sanctioned.

I am regularly paying the monthly installment (Date on 23 of each month. By auto swift, date given by bank authority..

Already i had insurance against my house with sbi life (Home loan a. C [protected]).
So refund my money in my saving a. C.[protected]
