I bought the SBI credit card 4 years ago.They sent the card and filled wrong address in their system .I was not getting any transaction details hence coukd not pay the bills on due dates.However after due date the executives would call and ask to make the required amount of payments.I used to make the payments immediately after that with fine and interests.Several times requested the customer care to make the address and mail I’d changes.Their contact number even we’re not working successfully.After 2 years I was fed up and stopped using the card and kept the balance about 3000 and asked them to compensate me for 2 years losses.With immediate affect they corrected and started sending bills.I need my 2 years of late payment and fine which I paid due to SBI mistake.
