SBI — worst service - cards dispatch

I have been using sbi cc for a long time... One fine day i have received a message stating my card was upgraded & same was dispatched after a couple of days have got tracking details as well, unfortunately i have relocated to new address hence delivery was denied by the courier partner & asked to connect with shipper (Sbi) and my cards were returned back to origin on 24th sep.

Immediately i have requested for address change in the database through online by providing necessary documents & same got updated on 10th oct.

Approached sbi for re-dispatch of the card to my new address & agent has taken my request & processed it, a couple of days later i was informed that my card was dispatched (12th oct) but delivery never happened, tried tracking awb & i was astonished by the service of sbi... My card was dispatched to my old address itself, reached cs & complained about the same & requested to transfer my call to tl.
However, tl tried to portray that i was wrong... Informing that the supporting documents submitted for address change are not valid, have questioned him if that was the case why it was approved & got updated in the database for which he does not have an answer... Argued with me that document submitted was not on our list, have guided him to their own site "sbi card-kyc" and made him understood.

Finally, he agreed that it was a miss from sbi & apologized for the delay and requested me to allow some time for closing this and shared a delivery eta as 18th oct.

Delivery never happened as promised, contacted back cs to know my status but the agent is unaware & requested me to allow some time & shared an revised eta as 31st oct.

Today morning i have contacted cs to know the status, guy has transferred my call to "feedback ivr" immediately upon acknowledging my query... Have received a call (Lady) from ivr team & apologized for previous interaction and continued the call upon hearing my concern she has requested me to wait for more 7 days to get the cards as those were returned back by the courier team.

Below is the scripted message that i have heard for 5 times:

"have taken your complaint & mail was sent to the concerned team".
- is this team active???

My issue would have been closed very easily... If they have mailed/communicated their courier partner to deliver the consignment at my new address but they failed to do.

It was clearly evident here sbi is least bothered about cx experience & there is no cx obsession at all.

Our great pm says "one country... One bank" but at the ground, this is how cx is being treated & with no security (How the card was dispatched to a different address?).

If we fail to clear payments on time... We are being charged (Penalty).

I demand compensation for the loss that has happened to me.
