SBICPSL — fraud transaction from sbi card 9620

[protected], i have received a call at 5.15 pm from mobile number [protected] to know my sbi credit card. She asked few questions and already holds all confidential information about my card details that time my card is blocked. I don't know how my card details leaked to the fraud person. She said, you sent o t p numbers (407617 & 877698) to complete the process. I read it i lost money message stating below twice of rs.5, 000/- and rs.4, 999/-.
Transaction amount of rs. 5, 000/- and rs. 4, 999/- made on sbi credit card xx 9620 at idea cell-bill desk on[protected] about 5.30 pm to 5.40 pm. I got doubt.
After few minutes on same i have received another call from sbi card vide mob. No. [protected] at 5.55 pm, she informed me that you have been cheated and blocked your sbi card xx 9620.
Therefore, i request you to kindly consider my case and recovered/refunded my all deducted amount as earliest mentioned as above with legal process and taken necessary action against him.
