[Resolved]  Sbt Online — Unable to withdraw foreign currency through visa card

I was unable to withdraw foreign currency while in srilanka and singapore through atm from your visa state bank classic card.

The above incident has caused me mental, physical and humiliation while i was in abroad. I was left starving even though i had rs.1, 25, 000/- in my account. More over i had made sure before i left from the bank whether i could withdraw foreign currency from abroad, they assured me i could do so.

In view of the above, i would like to take stern action against the people/bank who made my life miserable while i was abroad.
