It’s a cheap quality product with overpriced and doesn’t hold the new macbook pro well and sags from the strip provided, i called them up after 60 hrs of delivery (They took 7 days to deliver), and when called they say cant help much and have a policy for 48 hrs, infact they have mentioned of some deductions also if they take it back, amounts to imperliastic attitude and monoplastic trade practices, if they don’t take it back and refund it i will be forced to approach consumer protection forum and lodge for mrtp act.
This is ridiculous on their part, need an early redressal, i had even asked for a better bag for the product sent. Still the customer care says cant help!!! Was this information helpful? |
