Scholarship — scholarship didn't came till now

I am student of srgi and my up scholarship didn't came till now i belong to sc category and its too much important for me to get the scholarship and fee imbursement so i can pay the fee

So please sir i request you to help me in up scholarship so i can pay the fee and my family is financially not well to pay the fee of clg so please sir help me out
