Sir, Iam g. Mohan, i have completed my Diploma, i didn't get my scholarship of diploma 3rd year (I. E., 2015-16). Status showing that all are received including hard copy, but not sanctioned by the district office. So please kindly sanction my scholarship. Dear sir,

I applied for scholarship online.but not submitted the hard copies at college.
i got only my first year scholarship 2nd and 3rd year are showing as pending.what should i do now.bothe year application numbers are[protected] and[protected].
please be helpful.
