Scholarship — Tuition fee released in status but 3rd year tuition fee amount is 0

Respected sir,
I have completed my btech in 2016.
In my scholarship status total fee was released but where in tution fee 35k was not sanctioned I have submitted my college fee structure G.O in Vijayawada PMU office but my problem was not yet solved .please kindly solve my scholarship problem as soon as possible sir.
