School Of Open Learning — Double payments but still not refund

HI SIR/MAM,
i am complaining about my online double payment. actully when i was paid b.a programme 3rd year addmission fees online, then double payment done on sol account. which payemnt reference no. is - CP[protected] ON 11-JAN). i have complaint many time but still did't resolve my problem. i want to refund my one time payment. i got a msg from, DM-MSOLDU On 4th-feb, ( youb have made more than one payments, refund are under in process, but sill i did't got any refund from sol du. i want to resolve my problem
