School Of Open Learning — result issue

I enrolled in 12th haryana open school. I got my admit card and gave all the exams without any issues.

But my result isn't appearing. It is showing rle & rld.

Not only me, this is the problem of most of hos candidates this year.

Who will be responsible for it???

What is our fault???
What should we do??
