Scissors Clothing — product delivered not as per picture

I have ordered kurta set from scissors clothing it’s blue colour top n white colour pant while buying they said its 100 % return. When the product got delivered its completely different from picture i did not like it. So i contacted them for return n now one is responding to my message. Cost of that is 1650. Please help in return i want my money back
