Scootsy — we have not placed any order, yet keep getting calls

We have been receiving calls and sms'es from scootsy about some delivery. However we are out of india and have made no order whatsoever. We are unable to pick up the calls as we are abroad.
Please tell your customer who is actually placing the order that the mobile number that they have registered is incorrect.

I refer to the following two orders:-
Order no. 1977626 with pack-a-pav bandra (West) for rs. 181 on 17th april 2018

Order no. 1999277 with busago bandra (West) for rs. 147 on 25th april, 2018.

Request you to talk to your actual customer who has placed these orders, because we are the ones who are getting calls over and over again from your delivery boys.

You should have some system in your app that verifies the phone number provided. You don't seem to have done that and you are equally to blame. Would like immediate resolution of this nonsense. 14 calls from your delivery service for something we have no idea about.

One scootsy rider complained me that company is not giving fair prices for their fuel as petrol prices have been increased and less mileage of their bikes they are going in loss it may less for company but too much fir that poor riders so I request scootsy to look after it as they are working so hard fir companys growth, Thankyou!
