I ordered a case for my phone. Order no : [protected]. I received a totally damaged product. It was a COD order and my family member received it and paid the amount. When I opened the pack the product was broken & damaged. I raised a complaint, ticket no. is : 88200133 regarding this. I also called several times on the customer care number but was not given any solution. Now, no body replies to my mails or provides a solution on customer care number. I also went to the address mentioned on the website but that address is fake & there is no such office at that address. Seems like a completely fraud company looking at the reviews here.
I want a refund of my money

I have order v7+ club series ultra shine luxurious tempered finish silicone frame thin black cover red.. Item code[protected] but i received other mobile tempered pouch. So u should refund my money and cancel that product.so im fully angry about this website... Please take it back and return my money.. It is unsatisfied

Yesterday i have been paid 751 rupees for iPhone screen guard but when i paid money after some time my order was cancelled. My order id is ([protected] ) in this order ID was cancelled and my money also deducted from my account.
So please sir refund my money...
