[Resolved] Screen Guards India — iphone 5s case | |||||
I ordered a iphone 5s product case (Vaku - apple iphone 5s 760 series case) for rs. 699, looking at the pictures in their website.. While i was browsing through instagram i came to know about the product. I ordered it on 8th nov 2017, order no.[protected]. Delivered by bluedart with #[protected] on 11th nov 2017. As soon as i saw the product, i found it as a cheap quality product which is not worth 699/-, i felt cheated with the pictures they posted on the website. I immediatelu called the support number - [protected] and lodged a request to return the product and asked them for refund.. They asked me to send the pictures of the product through whatsapp to a number [protected], i did that. They said that aan executive has initiated to pickup the product on same day i. E., on 11th nov 17. Till now no one has come to pick up the product.. I wrote mails and everytime a get a message that support ticket has raised bearing a support request number# 88137957. I get the emails reply saying support status is open.. I sincerely ask one question when i order a product they deliver it in just 3 days immediately and when i lodged a complaint for it cheap quality which is not at all worth for atleat 200. They dont send an executive to pick up the product and they are not concerning about giving the real step to solve it. I cannot lose my hard earned money for a cheap quality product.. I want the product to be picked and i want the refund. I am unable to connect to them on support mobile number [protected]. I whats apped my complaint and concerns on [protected], they didnt gave any sort of reply.. Please take the proper action. Resolve it, money doesnt come easily. Verified Support Nov 23, 2017 Screen Guards India Customer Care's response As on call with customer, he has some issue with the product and want to refund, but due to some communication gap he became angry, now we had resolved and arranged pickup of the product.
