Ihad purchased a cover for iphone x on 18th june 2018. As compared to the sleek model shown on the website, what i received was a bulky and scratched cover, which i immediately returned the very next day on 19 june. I had to wait till they received the product back for them to initiate refund. It was mentioned as 10-15 days. Even after that i didnt get a refund.

I called their customer care on 20 july 2018. The lady told me that refund was made on 16th july. However my bank statement shows no such amount credited into my account.
The customer agent is insisting on me sharing my 1 month bank statement. I do not agree to do so as its confidential and can be misused. Why r ull forcing customers to share their private bank statements. U should check via the transaction id why the payment was not made. I understand asking for 1 week statement, why would u need a 1 month statement. It is a fact that payment was not made as soon as return was done and if your system is showing 16th july then why do you need for before that. Please provide me with details whereby it is mentioned that i need to share 1 month bank statement. If there is no such requirement, then do take necessary action against the customer care lady.
