[Resolved] Screen Guards India — product returned but no refund | |||||
They delivered wrong product and will i call them they said i have to send it back by speed post. I have sent it back. Its been 16 days since i have shared by bank account details and around 1 month since i have returned their product but i have not received any refund. They told me that money will be refunded in 10 days. But still i have not heard back from them. Was this information helpful? | |||||
May 22, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Company refunded my money even after returning the product after long time.. Thanks screenguards india.. I was rude but the behaved professionally.. Thanks once again espacially Sakahi and Ria From Screenguards for sending quick responses to my followups!! Screen Guards India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. I ordered for Dr. Value Samsung Galaxy S9 3D Curved Edge full screen tampered Glass but Screen guard India delivered the product named Toughened Tampered Glass. No where written on the cover or the pack of the product delivered to me which I ordered, Dr. Vaku manufacturer trade was not there on the pack.

I have ordered vivo v7plus back cover .not happy with the quality .i tried calling customer care so many times but no response. So take this cover return please. and refund my amount please.the cover is very short and screen guard is small so I returned this cover
