[Resolved] Screen Guards India — refund issue | |||||
This is with regards to order # [protected] which was ordered on 14 september 2017 and upon receiving the product i noticed that damaged product has been shipped and also wrong design. I raised for replacement/refund and accordingly they arranged for pick up by http://nuvoex.com/ courier services awb # scg70682000. This product has been successfully returned to screen guard team on 26 sep 2017. Now upon follow up they are giving me the reason that they have received the product in broken and damaged condition, however when i handed over the product to nuvoex person he checked the product and verified the condition of product and he packed the product in front of me and this was per the instruction given by screen guard. Now if the product has damaged during the transit why should customer me held responsible, screen guard team to catch hold of nuvoex. With the above said issue i would like to official lodge a complaint on screenguard india Was this information helpful? | |||||
