Hi team, I have ordered back cover for samsung s8 plus and the product which i have received was not as per the description and they denied the refund even after i was not satisfied with the product quality and replaced it with even more degraded article. And after which they have stopped answering my mails. I need the refund as they have provided the item as the pic. Please help. I purchase scrreen gaurd for samsung j 7 pro ..but it was fit to my mobile phone .so i want to return it ..i compain it above 4 days nd also send many mail nd help line number ...but no any reply from your side .
