I ordered a laptop table (Cozydesk - order no: ss270374). The table delivered was different from the one displayed. Additionally, it had scratches all over. The joints were creaky and were getting stuck. Bits of plastic from the mouse stand were broken. The table is as far from sturdy as you can get without being extremely shaky. I wrote (With pictures attached) to the customer support about the defective product on the day it was delivered. Today, it has been over 10 days and i haven't heard from the company till date despite repeated reminders. I bought the product after looking at the glowing reviews (Which now appear to be doctored) and was completely misled. This was my first experience with the company.
