Filthy pile of rubble dumped by someone at the backside of h-8/11 malviya nagar (Near gol chakar) whereafter locals take liberty to add on rubble to it from time to time. Causing lit is stink and damage to our health and cars, unecessary occupation of allocated parking area and inconvenience to locals. Perpetrator should be fined under dmc act and rubble removed. Copy to be marked to commissioner also.
