Sdmc — highly unsafe and unhygienic structure on terrace - b1a/44c, dda flat, janakpuri

The owner of above flat has constructed highly unsafe structure on the terrace which is common to all the residents of three floors of the building. He is claiming terrace to be his exclusive space. He also intends to build a toilet cum bathroom on one corner of this highly unsafe structure (North-east corner) the location of which is such that the whole building will become un-hygienic posing not only an acute threat to all residents of the building but also great health hazard of entire b1a block residents. He intends to take the drain pipes emanating from unsafe structure to sewer opening/link far away at south-west corner of the building passing through the storm water drain which would also further weaken the structure.

Kindly take action on urgent basis to demolish/remove this highly unsafe and unhygienic structure.
