Sdmc — Illegal construction at the top floor of my building

I live in (e - 256 first floor, amar colony, lajpat nagar 110024).
My complaint is regarding the illegal construction going on 4th floor of my building which is a major risk for the building to collapse.
I request you to take immediate action against the illegal construction going on.
