Dear sdmc team, I would like to bring your kind notice that i have paid the property tax (Inr 1751/-) for property id – [protected] on dated 14th june'20 using your new portal. However, i haven’t got the generated receipt for paid amount and status is still showing open in your portal (Unable to get the tax paid details under “action” function). I tried to contact you on your provided phone number for help desk but no one is responding. So, request you to please check at your end and provide the receipt for the same. Also update the same in your portal for future and further reference. Looking for your kind cooperation and quick response. Thanks! SDMC customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jun 17, 2020 Updated by Jasola_94S I have already emailed the above information at "[protected]@mcd.nic.in" and also tried to contact you on your help desk number mentioned on your website. But it is surprising that no one is concern about it. I have paid the amount through UPI option and amount has been debited from my account. Still status is pending and I am unable to get the paid receipt. Looking for your quick and kind resolution at earliest. Thanks!
