Sdmc — unauthorized building toilets and extending shop in building

Dear sir
I am writing this complaint to bring in your kind notice that one person in my building opened serval unauthorized shops inside building and now he is extending his shop in unauthorized way by making store room / toilets/ shead outside our building due which all building residence are facing big trouble.
Request to please take necessary action against him asap
Seeking your support to stop ongoing unauthorized construction.
