[Resolved]  Sds Solutions — fake company forced agreement

I had got a call from this company and i wanted to earn some money and i thought this is a good chance but i took sometime. They called me daily that if i dont take a decision they will offer this job to someone else so i took up the job and signed the agreement and completed the job within 15 days and i even rechecked the forms before the final submission to make sure that my work was accurate. Then i found out that my quality check report got failed which was shocking. Then i saw for reviews on this company and got to know that it is a fake company. Now their legal team have sent me a legal notice that i have to pay 7400/- (Utility charges and legal notice charges) or else they will file a complaint and if i dont pay then i have to pay 50000/-.

Have anybody faced the same problem? Have anybody faced any legal consequences? Kindly suggest what should be done.
