Seabird Tourists — in single bed!! the bus driver is forcing the customer to adjust with a person with out ticket!!!

This is very bad experience from the seabird travels!!!
I need my payment back!
The driver n the staff forced to sleep with a drunk n without ticket!!! In a single bed!!! What's wrong with you people!!
If you cannot run a organisation please stop it in a good way! I have booked a single bed but this can't be accepted!!
