Hi team, I was booking ticket on 16 september 2018 from bangalore to pune and my boarding point was marathali near ]kalamander. At the last moment i got a call from [protected] and that guy was speaking such sarcasting way that today our van is not going to marathali kalamandir to pick you and they advised me to come anand rao circle after long conversation they were not convinced and stick to that point you have to come to anand rao circle which was not possible by me to travel there and finally they told me to cancel the ticket. As per there word i called to redbus customer care and them to cancel but they told me post confirmation from bus operator (Seabird travel) we will would do the needful. After 2 days they asked me to share the alternative ticket if you have not travel on seabird as a proof as per there requirements i have provided all the details but now your operator still telling i have travel on your bus and not giving the proper confirmation to red bus to refund money. I would like to request your management to put your concern and do the needful to avoid this discrepancy. I have faced such a pathartic situation from your bus service.
